Refund Policy

VacciHub is dedicated to encouraging flexible and convenient vaccination services. We know life can disrupt plans, and we work to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. The refund policy is as follows:

Refund Eligibility

A fully refund is guaranteed for cancellations of 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellation made before 12 hours will amount of Rs 400 will be deducted.

Refund Process

The client must contact the support team with their appointment details in case they require a refund, via phone or email. Refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method in 5-7 business days upon cancellation verification. The customer will receive a confirmation email when the refund process is started.

In the case you cannot make it even on the rescheduled date of vaccination, another option available for the clients, according to their convenience, is to reschedule the appointment, Post reschedule if appointment is cancelled, cancellation charges will be applicable
